Upcoming Courses at Spanish Spirit Holidays.

Starting in March we will be offering courses the last weekend of every month.

March 27th - 30th (Fri - Mon): Yoga and Meditation. Learn to relax and rejuvenate with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

April 24th - 27th (Fri - Mon): Reiki First Degree. Learn Usui Reiki - traditional Japanese and Western techniques - to awaken your healing ability.

* October 18th - 20th: Yoga and Meditation Retreat
